About Us

Residents of the Bixby Knolls / Los Cerritos neighborhood of Long Beach for over 27 years, we chose this area because of the pride and enthusiasm for historic homes and unique one-of-a-kind architecture. 

Having worked on homes built in the 1700s and 1800s in New England, we performed a full restoration of our 1933 Spanish Colonial home in Cal Heights, 

and are now in the final stages of restoring a 1924 Mediterranean.

With a business background in custom fabrication for theatre and touring, we recognized that it's second nature and oh so much more rewarding to utilize our design, construction and restoration expertise to help preserve and increase the value of the homes we treasure.
