This 1926 Mayan themed Claycraft was severely damaged. The firebox was crumbling & vintage hearth fieldstone & decorative tiles were burnt & chipped.
The firebox was rebuilt, new gas line run, antique replacement fieldstone tiles sourced, the damaged tiles were re-sculpted, hand painted & glazed.
The firebox was hand faux painted to appear gently used, new gas logs were installed and the winters are now a little cozier!
Sandblasted and re-grouted brick fireplace and re-pointed chimney that had been painted white in the 1960's. Removed smokey mirror and replaced concrete mantle with teak wood beam.
Reconstruction of kitchen exterior wall to back yard replacing window and door with custom fabricated multi-pain door with side windows and arched entry (right) to the laundry room
Custom mahogany cabinet to replicate existing dining room cabinetry in the 1912 home. Mirrored back with glass shelves.
