A leak caused extensive damage to the adobe wall and the dividing wall between the bedroom and bathroom.
After drying the adobe and repairing/ reconstructing the walls, the toilet was re-glazed to match the original 1929 color, chrome hardware was re-plated, and the original cracked 1930 tile repaired.

Countless hours to remove the decades of char in the fireplace revealed a stunning herringbone pattern that was lovingly repaired and restored along with its original hand wrought iron tools.
