LLEWELLYN JRs BATHROOM
A leak caused extensive damage to the adobe wall and the dividing wall between the bedroom and bathroom.
After drying the adobe and repairing/ reconstructing the walls, the toilet was re-glazed to match the original 1929 color, chrome hardware was re-plated, and the original cracked 1930 tile repaired.
Woodwork was stripped and repainted with the exact 1930 color and all brass hardware was repaired and re-plated.
The ceiling received the same hand-painted faux finish to match the original treatment.
Repair & repaint damaged plaster wall, air vent and floor tile.
Re-finish sink & re-plate all original chrome hardware.
